Al ejecutar el hola mundo y hola mundo2 (tal y como me los descargo, sin modificar nada) me sale este error:

[2014-01-03 13:48:54 - Dex Loader] Unable to execute dex: java.nio.BufferOverflowException. Check the Eclipse log for stack trace.
[2014-01-03 13:48:54 - HolaMundo] Conversion to Dalvik format failed: Unable to execute dex: java.nio.BufferOverflowException. Check the Eclipse log for stack trace.

Y no se ejecuta, que puedo hacer?

El problema es que no has descargado las herramientas para construir de android sdk, para ello tienes que :
-abrir SDK manager
-clica en la pestaña Android SDK Built-tools (19.0.1 es la última revisión al escribir este post)
-instala el paquete y reinicia el eclipse

Por favor si alguien puede ayudarme, importe el archivo holamundo y me salen los siguientes errores a la hora de compilar

1-)The project was not built since its build path is incomplete. Cannot find the class file for java.lang.Object. Fix the build path then try building this project

2-)The type java.lang.Object cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files

3-)Unable to resolve target 'Google Inc.:Google APIs:10'
